Tiegan is here!

Tiegan (pronounced Tee-gan) Doyle Lambert arrived at 5:45 weighing in at a robust 2lbs, 1 oz! He came out breathing on his own and crying (good signs), and is continuing to do well in the neonatal intensive care unit. He was delivered by c-section, which went smoothly, and Karen is doing well. Karen will be here until Weds, after which we'll be back and forth regularly until Tiegan is ready to come home, sometime around his originally scheduled birthdate of 5/5/08.

While the important stuff is going well, not all the news is positive: It appears that the poor little guy may have inherited his dad's nose and chicken legs.

We had a feeling something was going on - different activity in the condo building yesterday. Congratulations, and welcome to Tiegan! Wyatt is excited to have another boy in the building...even if it will be a little while before he can dunk on him and not feel like he's taking advantage of a baby. :) Love, Jill, Erik, Wyatt & Cally

Congratulations! I'm so glad that everything went so well. And I like the name, too. He won't have to share his name with any of his classmates. Not quite as exotic as "Ryan," but...

I'm in London this week, but will call when I get back.
