Tiegan looked and acted much healthier this morning when we got to the hospital. The doctors are confident that there is an infection and that it's from the PCVC line, and the plan is to knock it out with antibiotics over the next couple of days and get another one in. He had some more bowel irrigation (i.e., saline enema) today, which was productive. The excitement from last night doesn't seem to have been connected at all with the GI issues.
And MSU beat Ohio State to set up a rematch with Wisconsin in the Big Ten semis. All in all, a pretty good day.
